Q: I purchased my tickets, what's the next step?
A: You're all set! On the day of the event, we will have all of your purchased goods ready for you. Please have an ID ready and your CPX waiver and field waiver signed.
Q: I need to change one of the players I purchased tickets for, what should I do?
A: Please e-mail us with your full name and the changes you need. We will take care of it!
Q: I lost my confirmation e-mail, can I get another one?
A: Yes! Just e-mail us with your name used in registration and we will resend your confirmation e-mail.
Q: I'm not able to attend the event, what is your refund policy?
A: Just like purchasing a ticket for any other type of sporting event, we do not give out refunds for any reason. If you need to transfer your purchase to another player, please email us and let us know who can have your registration and/or paint and he/she can pick up the registration at the event. When you purchase a ticket and register for the game, you will be required to click a box that says you have read and understood this policy. If you’d prefer a credit to be used towards any future CPX event, please email us prior to the event, and we’ll hold your credit until you’re ready to use it. If you do not contact us prior to the game, your purchase will be forfeited.
